The "Wishing Tree" project was launched to shed light on the needs that children and mothers living in deep poverty have had to postpone for far too long. We know that sometimes, things expressed as "dreams" are actually the most basic needs that make life a little more bearable.
As AİP Foundation, during our fieldwork, we don’t just ask children and mothers, "What do you need?" We ask them, "What do you dream of the most?" Each wish received is carefully evaluated considering age, level of need, and living conditions and is brought to life through the contributions of our supporters.
For children, we deliver dreams such as toys, clothing, school supplies, and scooters; for mothers, we provide essential household products that ease daily life. This project is not merely a gift-giving initiative; it is a solidarity model centered on a child’s right to dream and a mother’s need to be seen and supported.
With the Wishing Tree, we aim to:
- Make children feel valued,
- Lighten the burden on mothers,
- Ensure that families feel they are not alone.
Because we believe that the realization of a dream can sometimes change a life.
