Needs on Hold
In today’s world, where economic conditions are becoming increasingly difficult, many families face immense hardship in meeting their most basic living requirements. Mandatory expenses such as rent, electricity, water, and natural gas have turned into a severe struggle for survival, especially for families living in deep poverty.

During our fieldwork at the AİP Foundation, we frequently encounter families at risk of homelessness because they cannot afford rent, or those struggling in cold homes because their electricity or water has been cut off due to unpaid debts.

These harsh conditions take the greatest toll on children. Unsafe living environments, inadequate heating, and the inability to access basic utilities deeply impact both the physical and psychological well-being of the younger generation.

The Suspended Needs project was launched to support the essential living expenses of families in need and to foster a spirit of solidarity. Within the scope of this project, we provide support for:
  • Rent assistance,
  • Electricity, water, and natural gas bills,
  • Urgent basic necessities.
AİP Foundation identifies these needs on-site through fieldwork, ensures that support reaches families directly, and manages the entire process with full transparency.

Suspended Needs is more than just a financial aid project; it is a network of hope that strengthens social solidarity, ensuring families know they are not alone.

Because sometimes, a paid utility bill means a child can sleep in a warm home; a supported rent payment means a family can continue their lives in safety and dignity.
