Dr. Ebru Nurluoğlu is the founding president of the Emergency Needs Project Foundation (AIP). She has been actively involved in NGO work since the age of 7.

She is a traveler who has journeyed to the remotest corners of the world to observe how different cultures approach happiness. On her personal website, she shares thoughts and impressions on food, tourism, and dining establishments.

She serves as the President of the Productivity Institute and is a senior executive coach at the MCC level. She is the author of the books "I Caught You While Escaping Yourself / Happiness Guide," "Oasis," and "I'm Trying to Try."

In her professional career, she has worked in tourism, television, and reputation management, including as Vice President of Corporate Communications in a holding company. One of Nurluoğlu's notable achievements is her self-developed workshops on "Team productivity management and communication constitution" aimed at enhancing company productivity.

She graduated from Saint Benoit French High School and completed her undergraduate studies in Sociology at Boğaziçi University. She conducted her master's thesis in New York and Yeditepe University in the field of business and advertising. She earned her doctorate at Istanbul University focusing on NGOs.
